“Back in 2005, Komatsu delivered 8 x HD785-5, 100 ton trucks with MAXTER high-dumping angle bodies with double acting cylinder, to a Bauxite Operation in Jamaica. The high dumping angle is required to enable maximum emptying of the material into a below truck level, locomotive car that brings the bauxite to a drying station, and it is also necessary to prevent the accumulation of carry-back, in a high water content and agglutinating material application, which is the extraction of Bauxite in the island of Jamaica. We do not have any registry of warranty claims related to the bodies or double acting cylinders, nor recollect having had any significant technical issues related to these MAXTER supplied products, which speaks highly of the quality and reliability of their products.”

“WE HAVE BEEN USING MAXTER TAILGATES FOR YEARS . THEY HAVE IMPROVED OUR TIRE LIFE BECAUSE OF A REDUCTION IN SPILLAGE.WE DON’T HAVE TO STOP AND CLEAN UP THE HAUL ROADS AS MUCH.
THE TAILGATES HAVE BEEN VERY DURABLE IN USE. WE ARE ABLE TO GET BETTER LOADS ON TRUCKS WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT MATERIAL SPILLING. WE ARE USING TAILGATES ON STOCKPILING AND IN THE HOLE AT THE QUARRY.
